2020 Rhythm & Raffle Fundraiser Volunteers

Rhythm and Raffle  is this year's band fundraiser which will take place on February 22, 2020. We need volunteers for a successful event! So please consider being a part of the fun and invite a friend to signup, also.

2020 Rhythm & Raffle Donations

We have been working hard to collect donations from local restaurants, sports teams and businesses for our Rhythm & Raffle fundraiser on Saturday, February 22nd. We are in need of more items to make our fundraiser a success! Please consider contributing to our raffle or even putting together a basket donated in your family's name. Donations promoting your business are also welcome!

Sponsorships for the event are also available. Gold donor ($300+), Silver donor ($200+) and Bronze donor ($100+). Sponsors will be displayed in the event program. All donations support the NR Band Programs!

Donations should be delivered to one of the following Raffle Basket Committee Members by Friday, February 7th so we have time to create the baskets prior to the event.

Ticket purchase will be confirmed by email. Tickets will be picked up the night of the event.

All students (including performers) need a ticket if they wish to eat.
The last two years this event has sold out quickly! Don’t delay in purchasing your tickets!

Are there assigned or reserved tables? No.
Are people allowed to come listen if they don’t have a ticket?  No, unfortunately space is limited.

**The food will be catered by Stancato's. The chicken is gluten free, we are purchasing a full tray of gluten free pasta and the salad will be made without croutons.

Dear Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior band parents, 

On Friday, October 18th is our Senior dinner honoring all of our senior band members and their immediate families. 

We are in need of volunteers for set up, serving and clean up for that evening.

Please consider donating some time for this event.

Junior Bakery Donations

Dear Junior Band Families,

Band Night Bakery Donations

On Friday, October 18, 2019 we will be honoring the senior band members. Dinner for them and their immediate family will be served right after practice and before the game. The rest of the band will enjoy pizza, bakery and beverages.

We are asking ALL JUNIOR Band Families to bring store bought desserts with NO peanuts to this event.

Please send your dessert with your band student and have them drop it off in Cafeteria 2 before they go to practice. Please put your Last Name on the dessert.

NO dessert should be dropped off in the band room. Someone will be in Cafeteria 2 to take the dessert. Please sign up below:

Festival of Bands

Saturday, Sept 14th 7:00 pm is the North Royalton Festival of Bands!

Come see your student in the first performance of this years contest show: Right Brain Left Brain. Wear your purple and your spirit wear and support our North Royalton Marching Band. Enjoy all the other wonderful neighboring marching bands!

Thank you to all the parents who have volunteered their time to make this a spectacular event!

Just a few reminders:

NR BAND STUDENT PARKING

All students should be DROPPED OFF for the rehearsal in the afternoon of the Band Festival. There will be NO STUDENT PARKING PERMITTED IN THE SCHOOL LOTS the day of the festival. If your student must drive themselves, please see if they can carpool and they can park at MEMORIAL PARK.

  • Tickets for the event are $6, $4 for students - and Parking is Free. Seating is available on the home and visitor sides. Please do not sit in areas designated for the performing bands. Gates open at 6:oo PM.
  • Both Concession stands will be available on the home and visitor sides. Concessions will close temporarily during the North Royalton performance so our parents can watch their student’s performance. It will reopen as soon as NR finishes. 
  • We will have programs for sale, 50/50 raffle tickets, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and tickets for our 12th Annual Car Raffle to win a 2020 Chevy Trax donated by Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville

PARKING MAP

  • Handicap Parking is  available at the North Royalton Board of Education Office, 6579 Royalton Road, North Royalton, OH 44133. 
  • Due to the new construction at NRHS we ask that the school parking lots closest to our stadium be reserved for those audience members that have difficulty walking long distances. Please consult the attached parking map below outlining parking areas available surrounding our stadium complex. 
  • We highly recommend utilizing the large lot at Memorial Park next to NR City Hall at 14600 State Road. There is a walking path through Memorial Park that leads directly to our stadium! Your exit at the conclusion of the festival will be much quicker from this lot. 
  • Please do not park at fast food restaurants that are open on Saturday nights near the stadium. Your vehicle will be towed if you park at Taco Bell or Arby’s.
  • We strongly encourage audience members to also park at the following North Royalton businesses and churches indicated on the map by the areas in red. They have graciously offered the use of their lots for the North Royalton Festival of Bands:
    • North Royalton City Hall lot  located at 14600 State Road, NR. There is a walking path through Memorial Park that leads to the stadium.
    • North Royalton Baptist Church, 6616 Royalton Road, across the street from Serpentini Chevrolet Stadium.
    • Key Bank, 6424 Royalton Road.
    • Fifth Third Bank,  6465 Royalton Road
    • Country Stove & Patio, 6669 Royalton Road. In front of store only.o Gearin’ Up, 6687 Royalton Road. In front and behind store.
    • Wishing Well Enrichment Center, 14574 Ridge Road, across from North Royalton High School.
    • Glenridge Office Park,  14200 Ridge Road, across from North Royalton Middle School.
    • Michael Debs, MD Office,  14320 Ridge Road, across from North Royalton Middle School.
    • NR City Green lot, just north of the NR Fire Dept. and where the original city hall was located.
