Spirit Wear Update

Hello Band & Band Front Families! 

All Spirit Wear & Ornaments have been passed out. If for whatever reason you have not received it please check with your student to be sure items were not left in lockers, school, car or school bags or even in the band room. We know many of you have ordered Disney shirts & we want to be sure you have them.

Lastly, if you are interested we have a few extra of the following items for purchase. It is on a first come first serve basis & we will get it to you if not this week after the holidays. Email us at northroyaltonbandboosters.com

Mandatory Disney trip meeting, parade rehearsal

Hello Parents,

We hope everyone enjoyed the wonderful holiday concerts the past few days! All of our music programs did a fabulous and festive job!

 

Just a reminder:

Wednesday Dec 18th is  Disney Parade Rehearsal from 6-8pm

8pm Dec 18th is a mandatory trip rules meeting with Mr. Vitale in the PAC for ALL STUDENTS and ALL PARENTS OF STUDENTS going on the Disney Trip. Please bring a writing utensil to the meeting.

Extra fruit for sale

Hello Parents,

Thank you everyone for your help with this year's fruit sale! Everyone should have picked up their fruit orders.

We do have left over fruit for sale. The items are:

One box of grapefruit for $28 (2/5 bushel)
On box of 3 pineapples for $22
28 bags of navel oranges for $20 per bag(1/5 bushel)

Hello Parents,

HOLIDAY CONCERT TICKETS

The Cutoff for presale tickets will be Tuesday December 10th.  No orders will be received after this date. Any remaining tickets will be available fro purchase at the door. Seats for the Sunday show are very limited at this time.

All ticket orders should be dropped in the white band box in the band room. Completed ticket orders will be sent home with your student in the envelope you provided.

Saturday, December 7, 2019 @ 9-11:30 am and 11:30-2 -  Need 6 volunteers for each time slot. These volunteers will help when Bandos pick up their fruit sales that need to be delivered.

Saturday, December 7, 2019 @ 9am -5pm - Need 4 people to be on call that day for “fruit Uber” Drivers. This will be parents only, and this will be on call only! You may not be needed, but need to have the availability.

FINAL CONCERT UNIFORM PICKUP
Thursday December 5th 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm will be Final Concert Band Uniform pickup in room 310.

 All Tux items that had to be ordered are in and ready for pick-up. That is Tux pants, jackets and individual Tuxedo shirts too.

Young ladies who are in Wind Ensemble that need to purchase Pearl's and earrings. They are available for $10. in room 310.

Anyone who hasn't picked up their Concert Band Uniform or has questions on the fit please plan on being there Thursday December 5 th.

HOLIDAY CONCERT

This year’s Holiday Concerts will be held on Sunday, December 15 th  and Monday, December 16 th . Mr. Vitale distributed ticket order forms to the students or you can print a copy from the band website.
HOLIDAY CONCERT ORDER FORM

FRUIT PICKUP

FRUIT PICK-UP--DECEMBER 7th, 2019, FROM 9am to 2pm, by the football lockers (Annex).

Your student  MUST  pick up their fruit orders during this time slot. They will need to pick-up and deliver all orders they received on band blitz weekend as well as any orders their family members have made.

On, December 3, 2019, your Bando may pick up a copy of their order in the Band room.

Please encourage them to do this!! The order forms will have their customers phone numbers, please have them call ahead of time to established a delivery time with their customer.

Volunteers needed for fruit sale sorting

Hello Parents,

It's time for the Holiday Concerts! Tickets can now be ordered. Print out the order form which is available on Mr. Vitale's website under forms and return to the white band box with payment. Tickets are first come, first serve and they will sell out so please do not count on getting a ticket at the door the day of the concert. Please note on the order form which concerts your students are performing in so you get tickets for the correct concert. If you are a Grand Staff or Whole Note member of the band boosters, you receive 2 free tickets to the concert. Make sure you add these tickets in your count so everyone in your group has a seat.

IT'S TIME TO DELIVER FRUIT

Welcome to the official start of concert season!

CONCERT UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION

Students can pick up their uniforms on either of the following dates

Monday Nov 18th   
5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Or

Wednesday Nov 20th 
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

The guys will be ordering Tux Shirts for $24, Checks payable to Tuxedo Junction. All students must be present to try on their uniforms.

We could still use a few more parent volunteers to help with concert uniform distribution.  Please consider helping out for a few hours on either date. Please sign up below.
