State Finals This Saturday at Hilliard Darby

The final performance of the contest show ‘Of Wishes and Dreams’ will be this Saturday at Hilliard Darby High School at 1:30pm… Please consider making the trip to support our band! For all the details, please visit Mr. Vitale’s website and look under Performances :)

In conjunction with SoundWaves of Cleveland, we will be offering a DVD of State Finals (the ONLY way to get a hard copy of the performance) and a CD recording of our Marching Band Concert! Car Raffle News

Dear Band Families,

Among all the band members that sold and returned their first two raffle tickets by September 15th, a winner of the 2017 Contest Hoodie has been chosen. (Thank you, Amanda, for drawing the winning ticket at the Boosters meeting.)

The winner is – Raymond Perez!!! Congratulations Raymond, enjoy your hoodie!

FYI - The Copley H.S. Marching Band sells Good Luck Notes that appear in the program book that they sell at their Invitational which our band will be attending Saturday, October 14, 2017. If you would like to add a Good Luck Note for your favorite Band Member, or Section, or Director to the Copley Invitational’s Program book, click here. I know it says to email it, but you can mail it, with payment, to the address at the bottom. Please note that they need to receive it by October 6th.

Fruit Sale, Chaperones, and more

We had a great start to the Fruit Sale with our BLITZ this weekend… the weather cooperated nicely! Please remember PERSONAL SALE packets will be passed out after the WEDNESDAY 6-9 practice… HAPPY FRUIT SELLING :)

Avon Lake - Contest

Our first contest is this Saturday in AVON LAKE. Please plan to come out and support the band! Performances start at 6pm and our band performs at 8pm. Please see Mr. Vitale’s site for all the details.

Additionally, we still need FIVE chaperones!!! To volunteer.

The preview of our contest show will be Saturday, Sept 16 at Band Fest! We will be hosting 13 bands in total and there will be more than 2000 performers! WOW!!!!! Plan to come for the entire evening to enjoy the show. Tshirts will be sold at the event! WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR CONCESSIONS, USHERS AND PROGRAM SALES.
