Dear Band Boosters and Band Members (please share with your kids):
We are in the final week of our car raffle fundraiser. For those of you who have returned or sold your tickets, Thank You! Every sold ticket gives ten more dollars to support our band program. Special thanks to those families who made the extra effort to sell extra tickets. Well done!
We still have the rest of this week to sell tickets and raise more money for the NRHS Band. Please do your best to contact friends and family in these final days to offer a chance to win a new car for $20.00. Our goal is to raise as much money as we can in this last week. If you find an interested party but have already turned in your tickets, call me and I can get a ticket to you.
Please remember that all tickets, sold or unsold, must be returned by this Friday, October 31! If you return your sold tickets to the white box by Friday before the game, you can find your hand-warmers outside the band room on Saturday morning, just in time for the 40 degree weather in Columbus!
Thanks again for your attention and support of NRHS Band Boosters.
Thanks for your hard work, Kids and Good Luck at States!
Hi Band Families,
The North Royalton Band Boosters would like to give our students a treat after the football game on Halloween and with your help it can happen. We are asking for candy donations to be sent with your student to the green band room by Wednesday, October 29. We are using Sign up Genius to make sure we get can get enough candy and that we have a variety. Follow the link below and sign up for the candy you would like to donate.
If you have any questions please contact Becky at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hi Band Families,
This is a reminder that the Market Day Pie orders are due by THIS Friday, October 24, 2014 in the White Band Box. You need to prepay for these orders with either cash or a check made out to North Royalton Band Boosters. Your students can even bring their orders when they report for the football game on Friday.
Pick up for the pies will be Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm in Cafe #2.
I have attached a copy of the order form and letter that was given to your student in case they never made it home.
Any questions, please contact Sue Galuska at email@example.com or 440-582-4120.

Our bandos AND their uniforms have taken a beating from the weather recently. Please remember the football pants and raincoats can be washed on gentle and cold, and air dried. It would be a good week to have the jacket and contest pants dry cleaned so the pants look sharp for states. Sorry, but this would be at your expense. At the very least, spot clean the pants. If there is mud on them wait til it dries and then brush with stiff brush. Use a damp cloth to remove any remaining residue as well as nacho cheese, etc. Also, take a damp cloth to the hats and clean and polish shoes. Thanks for taking care of the uniforms!!

Hi Band Families,
Congratulations to the students on a job well this past weekend! In an effort to keep everyone dry as long as possible, the students wore their raincoats as long as possible. The raincoat retrieval process after our performance was a little difficult. We would like students to check the pockets of the raincoat currently in their possession because some students are missing personal belongings. Please bring these items to rehearsal on Monday. Additionally please check the name and number of the raincoat in your possession because we need to return the raincoats to the students to whom they are assigned. While we can wait until Friday to reshuffle the coats back to their original owners, we want to make sure that all student belongings are returned as soon as possible - so please check the pockets for items. We appreciate your help with this process – and congratulations again!
Hi Band Families,
It's hard to believe we are in our 8th Week of Football! This Friday is Senior Band Night. Halftime will be used to honor all the Senior Band Students and their parents. It is an honor that these students have dedicated 4 years to our band program! Their leadership helps carry on our traditions and defines who we are!
Please be sure to bring your store bought baked goods (Freshman) or water bottles/2 liter bottles of soda (Juniors) to Cafe 2 before rehearsal on Friday if you haven’t already turned them in. Remember, rehearsal starts promptly at 4 pm...this is an earlier start time due to Senior Band Night. Check Mr. Vitale’s website for the complete itinerary.
After the game, the North Royalton High School Marching Band will perform the entire contest show for us so stick around after the game and enjoy the show!
Saturday's Contest is in Copley. Please visit Mr. Vitale’s website to get the latest details regarding our last competition before States.
I would like you to know that the band is close to tying or beating some of their all-time record scores! These kids are doing an awesome job! I'm so proud to be a part of such an awesome organization! State contest here we come!
This is just a reminder that this is the last week to get all of your fruit orders in! All fruit orders (with payment) are due in to the white band box by this Friday, October 17th. ASAP would be great - you don't have to wait until the last day! We are getting close to reaching our goal! Why not do a little last-minute brainstorming and figure out who else would love to support the band while enjoying some fresh, delicious Florida fruit! Please remember, you can also order fruit to donate to the food pantry.
Thank you so much!
Hi Freshman Band Families,
This is just a reminder to please bring your dessert for Sr. Band Night to Cafeteria 2 before practice Friday. See original post for more information.
