Band Front 2019/2020 Registration is Now Open!

Band Front Registration Directions

Hello Band Front Families,
 
It is time to register for the 2019-2020 band season. Band Front Registration will be taking place online over the next few days. The deadline is June 1 All fees and information are needed at this time. Have your credit or debit card ready when you register. All payments are made through Key Bank Merchant Services. We are not using Pay Pal this year.

Once you have completed your registration you will receive an email from Band Boosters with your Band Registration Information. We recommend saving this email as it is your receipt for your registration.

Family Volunteer Commitment:
New this year, the Family Volunteer Commitment is part of the Band Front Registration Form. We ask each family to support their student and the band by signing up for at least four activities. One of the reasons we have a great band is the high level of parent support and involvement. The majority of the funds needed to support the band (uniforms, instruments, etc.) come from these fundraisers. It is a good idea to have your calendar available. The Sign up Geniuses for each activity will open on a different webpage, so remember to return to the registration page to complete the registration. Note that we will close individual activities once we have enough volunteers. If you have more than one band student, you are not expected to volunteer for additional activities. Simply check the box in the FAMILY VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT section that you have already signed up for four volunteer activities.

Jazz Band @ LAST DATE to Turn in Concert Uniforms!

Hello Band Families!

The return dates are concluded for the Concert Uniforms. As of now, 57 uniforms have not yet been returned. In order to collect all of these and get things organized for next year, we have added one more day.

The last return date will be Wednesday, May 22, 2019, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. PLEASE get these Concert Uniforms turned in.

Munching for Music at Chipotle

Do you like burritos? Do you like salads? Do you just like to eat? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you automatically qualify to participate in our Munching for Music event at Chipotle! iYipi! Just visit the Chipotle located on Royalton Road, near I-77, next Tuesday, May 14th, from 4-8pm. Take in the flyer, show it on your phone or just tell them you are there to support the boosters and your order counts!  iFantástico! Orders placed online, even if they are picked up at the restaurant, DO NOT count for us.  Please go to Chipotle to order. See the attached flyer for the details, including the address.

Congratulations & Time to Return Concert Uniforms!

Congratulations to the NRHS Wind Ensemble, Symphonic & Freshman Bands for Earning a Superior Rating & Concert Band for earning an Excellent rating at The OMEA State Adjudicated Event this past weekend! We enjoyed all of your performances.

It is time for concert uniforms to be returned

Returns will be at NRHS, Room 310 on:
Monday, May 13th, 6:30-8:00pm
Tuesday, May 14th, 6:30-8:00pm

TUXES - ONLY the jacket and pants are to be dry cleaned.  NO Tux Shirts.  Take the jacket and pants to ‘On the Spot’ Dry Cleaners (corner of Rt. 82 and Broadview Road behind Shell Station OR corner of Pleasant Valley and State Road). Just drop it off and pick it up. The Band Boosters take care of the cost.  Return the cleaned tux with the bow tie, cummerbund and suit bag at one of the return dates.

DRESSES - wash the dress in cold water and line dry.  Do NOT iron or put in dryer!  Return the dress with the black velvet hanger at one of the return dates.

Please Help! Volunteers Needed for OMEA State Adjudicated Event

Hello Band Families!

This Friday and Saturday (May 3 & 4) is OMEA State Band Contest!

Thank you, all who have signed up to volunteer! We still have PLENTY of opportunities for people to volunteer and really need your help if you can!
