A quick reminder that the Band Boosters are selling what Ornaments and Cd's we have left as well as the Pie Cards at the last 2 Holiday Concert shows. Keep in mind once the Ornaments & Cd's are gone they are gone for this season.

Please bring exact cash or check only.

Rhythm & Raffle Announcement

Hello Band Families!

We wanted to share with all of you that are attending the Holiday concerts this Sunday & Monday that ticket order forms for the Rhythm and Raffle will be available at the concerts.

Also, if anyone has any baskets or containers that they would like to donate for the raffle baskets, we would greatly appreciate that.  There will be a table with a Rhythm and Raffle sign, they can drop them off there.

Extra Fruit for Sale!

Hello Band Families!

We have only a few extra fruit items left for sale! These items will be on a first come first serve basis and you can call Jennifer Sanders our Fruit Sale Committee Chair to let her know what you would like & to make pick up arrangements. Her number is 440-627-6321

Here is what is left:
2 -  Cheesecakes
1 - 10lb. Navel Oranges
1 - 20lb. Tangelos
1 - Box Grapefruits
1 - Box of Pineapples

All Spirit Wear & Items Are In!

Hello Band Families!

All Spirit Wear, Commemorative Wear, Cd's & Ornaments are in!  We will have all of these items marked with your student's name on them and ready for the students to pick up today and tomorrow at the school. 

Please remind your band student that CDs and ornaments will be passed out during band class. Royalettes and Royalaires can stop by at the end of the day to get theirs. Spiritwear as well will be ready for them to grab at the end of the school day TODAY, Monday, December 10th to take home. Any items not picked up can be picked up Tuesday. 

** If your Gearin Up Spirit Wear Items were marked as a gift and you and I have not spoken, text or e-mailed.  I will Double bag the items and staple the bag shut it will be marked with your student's name on it for them to bring home as well. Please ask your student to give you the bag if it is, in fact, a gift.

Pie Cards Have arrived & Final Uniform Reminder!

Hello Band Families!

Pie Cards have arrived! The cards are $14 each and they make great gifts & stocking stuffers! The best part there is no expiration date on these!

They will be available tomorrow, Tuesday, December 4th at the FINAL Marching Band Uniform Turn In and Concert Uniform Distribution starting at 5:30 pm in room 310. As well as at all the Holiday Concerts.

You can also use the attached order form to place your order and turn them into the white band box through Friday, December 14th.

2018 Holiday Concert Tickets Pre-Order

Monday, December 17, 2018 @ 7:00pm

Presale ticket orders accepted until end of the school day on Tuesday, December 11th.

The Holiday Concert is quickly approaching and the seats are quickly disappearing. The Sunday shows are nearly sold out. If you have not turned in your ticket orders you must do so by the end of the school day on Tuesday, December 11th. All orders must be put into the white band box in the band room.

If you miss the cutoff date you will have to purchase your tickets at the door. Tickets must be purchased at the ticket table which will be set up in the hallway outside of the PAC doors. The ticket table will be open beginning one hour prior to each show. Tickets may be purchased by cash or check only.
