Fruit Sale Distribution Dates & Volunteers Needed

Hello Band Families,

It is time to get ready to pick up your fruit orders! 

Please pick up your fruit orders on the following days:
Friday 12/7 from 5:30-8:30pm in the Annex or Saturday 12/8 from 8:15 am -1:30 pm at the Annex.

IMPORTANT - FINAL Marching Band Uniform Turn In & Concert Uniform Distribution

Time: 5:30pm to 7:00pm

If you haven’t returned your Marching Band Uniform then bring it in with all the parts cleaned. Not listing names here, but there are 17 not turned in yet.

Also, if you haven’t already come in for your Concert Band Uniform (tux or dress) then pick it up. Not listing names here, but there are 18 that didn’t come in. Don’t come in for uniforms that were ordered, the order is not in yet. Freshman boys that haven’t ordered a tux shirt - a separate email went to you on how to order your tux shirt.

Concert Uniform Distribution

Concert Band Uniform Distribution

When: Monday, November 19, 2018
Tuesday, November 20, 2018
Time: 5:30pm to 8:00pm
Where: NRHS, Room 310

It’s time to get your concert band uniform (dress or tux)! Your Marching Band Uniform MUST be turned in before picking up your concert band uniform.

Freshman boys need to order a tux shirt. Cost $22. Checks made out to ‘Tuxedo Junction’. Shirts will be distributed after they are delivered.

Tuxes – we will fit you into a jacket and pants. We might need to order a jacket or pant. The Concert Band Uniform Committee will contact you when the ordered tux is ready for pickup.

Wind Ensemble girls are required to purchase a pearl necklace and earrings (pierced and clip on available). Cost $10.

Important Information RE: Marching Band Uniform Returns

Hello Band Families,

We need your help! There are 35 Uniforms at On the Spot Dry Cleaners ready for pick up! It was brought to our attention and we are aware that On the Spot will not be open tomorrow. They have had signs in the windows letting customers know that they will be closed tomorrow Thursday, November 15th. 

PLEASE pick up your Marching Band Uniforms this evening before 7pm tonight to alleviate return issues.

PLEASE help our Uniform Committee to run smoothly & pick up your Uniforms to return them today and tomorrow. Our Uniform Committee helps us every week it’s our turn to help them out this week!

2018 Holiday Band Concert Tickets & Information

This year’s Holiday Concert will be held on Sunday, December 16th and Monday, December 17th. This concert has reserved seating. Mr. Vitale distributed the ticket order forms this past week. You may download the form on Mr. Vitale’s website. The link should be operational in the next few days. Please note that not every band plays at every performance. Please take note of your child’s band when ordering tickets.

If you are a Band Booster member (Half Note, Whole Note or Grand Staff) you are eligible for two complimentary tickets to the holiday concert. Please complete an order form to receive your tickets as the concert has reserved seating.

Please remember to submit an envelope with your ticket order noting your child’s name and band so your filled ticket order can be distributed to your child in the correct band.

All ticket orders should be dropped in the white band box in the band room. Ticket orders will be picked up weekly from the band box each Monday/Tuesday beginning Monday, November 19th. Completed orders will be filled and returned to school on Thursday/Friday. Mr. Vitale will send the filled ticket orders home with your student.

The cutoff for presale tickets will be Tuesday, December 11th (end of 10thperiod). No orders will be received after this date. Tickets will be available at the door before the concert as available. Sunday concerts will sell out so submit your orders early.
