Hello Fellow Band Parents,
It is time to plan for our next major fundraiser! We will be hosting State Band Contest on Friday, April 22 (3:30-11:30 pm) and Saturday, April 23 (7:30-11:30 am). This event is similar to what you saw at Westlake in February. It takes roughly 100 volunteers to support this event! It is another significant fundraiser for the Band Boosters and will be successful because of our parent volunteers!
All band students will be assigned a job by Mr. Vitale to help with hosting this event. Please consider joining us for a 3 hour (or more) position of your choice. It's a great way to be with friends, show your NORO pride and help out the band! The jobs are simple, and we can assure you that, due to the flexibility of the schedule, you will get to see your student perform.

The Disney trip is coming up fast. If your student is going, now is the time to make sure your student has everything he/she needs to march in the Disney parade.
- Find your band shoes and gloves. If you need new ones you can get them from Royalton Music. However, shoes must be ordered before March 18 or you will be charged extra for shipping AND Royalton Music cannot guarantee that they will be here in time for the trip.
- Don’t forget to look for that white band T-shirt and some black socks too!
- If your student has grown and you think his/her uniform may not fit, please email Anthony Amato at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a time to try it on and get a new one if necessary.
There are mandatory Disney rehearsals on Wednesday, March 16, from 6pm to 8pm and Wednesday, March 23, from 6pm to 8pm. There is also a mandatory rules meeting for students AND parents on Wednesday, March 23 from 8pm to 9pm in the PAC.

Easter Seals Northern Ohio is once again partnering with North Royalton Band Boosters to give back to the community while helping children and adults with disabilities. North Royalton Band Boosters is hosting a “Fill the Truck” fundraiser to benefit the North Royalton Marching Band.
As you ‘change’ your closet for the summer season, please support our fundraiser:

What are we collecting: ANY cloth items (even stained or torn), shoes, boots, purses
North Royalton Band Boosters will be compensated based on the number of bags/pounds of cloth collected. Acceptable items include (but are not limited to): clothing, comforters, blankets, towels, sheets, shoes, accessories, and purses. The Boosters will only earn money from those types of cloth donations listed above. Even stained or torn items can be recycled into something else!
We challenge every North Royalton student to donate at least one bag of cloth. Tell your friends and neighbors! You do not need to have a student at North Royalton to donate items.
